2. Account Deletion

You may delete your Dilzy account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your profile, chat history, preferences, and associated personal data, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

Method 1: In the app (recommended)

Open Dilzy → go to Profile or Settings → select Delete Account → confirm deletion.

Method 2: Email request

Email support@dilzy.ai with the subject line ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST. Include the email address linked to your account and confirm that you understand this action cannot be undone.

3. Plans and Billing

Dilzy offers a free tier with access to core chat features. Premium plans may include unlimited messaging, exclusive AI companions, voice features, and early access to new releases.

Purchases made through Google Play or other app stores are managed by the respective store. For billing issues, refunds, or subscription cancellations, you may also contact the app store support linked to your purchase.

4. Common Questions

  • Sign-in issues: If Google Sign-In fails, try updating the app, clearing cache, or using another supported sign-in method.
  • Missing chats: Make sure you are signed into the same account used previously.
  • App crashes: Update to the latest version and restart your device.
  • Report abuse: Email support with details and screenshots where possible.
