These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dilzy, including our website, mobile applications, AI companion chat features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, signing in (including via Google), or using Dilzy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Dilzy.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Dilzy. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may register using email or third-party sign-in options such as Google Sign-In. By using Google Sign-In, you also agree to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Dilzy provides AI-powered companion characters that users can message, talk to, and interact with in supported languages. Features may include free and paid tiers, voice interactions, and premium companions.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Dilzy, including messages and prompts ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use it solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services.

AI-generated responses are provided to you for personal use. Because AI outputs may be similar across users, you do not receive exclusive rights to generic response patterns or underlying model behavior.

You agree not to use Dilzy to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
• Generate or distribute illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violent content.
• Impersonate real people in a deceptive or harmful manner.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services.
• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes or spam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Dilzy characters are artificial intelligence, not real people.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Dilzy for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Dilzy may offer free features and paid plans or in-app purchases. Prices, billing cycles, and included features will be shown before purchase.

Payments processed through app stores (such as Google Play) are subject to the store's payment and refund policies. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once consumed or after the applicable refund window expires.

You may stop using Dilzy at any time and may delete your account through app settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dilzy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Dilzy.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) INR 1,000.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
